Among them, ActiBisoTM VCE (at a 0. 1% concentration) has a relatively high inhibition rate (80%). The inhibition rate of vitamin C (at a 0. 1% concentration) is 70%. Both vitamin C glucoside and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (at 0. 1%
concentrations) have an inhibition rate of 20%, and the inhibition rate of ActiBisoTM VCE (at a 0.01% concentration) is 40%.
