The full name of the EU REACH regulations is "Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals", which means the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals. It is the EU's regulations for preventive management of all chemicals entering its market. The EU REACH regulations officially came into effect on June 1, 2007 and began implementation on June 1, 2008. According to the EU REACH regulations, enterprises must submit registration to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for chemical substances with annual output or imports of more than 1 ton (the substance itself, substances in the mixture or substances intentionally released in the article). Otherwise, the enterprise will not continue to manufacture, import or sell the chemicals within the EU. In addition, some substances need to continue to fulfill their obligations of assessment, notification/authorization and restrictions.

With the expansion of Bisor Corporation in the European market, the demand for REACH registration is also increasing. At present, some of our key products have been registered with REACH, such as ShieldBiso-A PLUS (Diethylamine Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate),ShieldBiso-S(Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine), ShieldBiso-EHT (Ethylhexyl Triazone) and so on. Our company will continue to register and update REACH for other products in the future.

In addition to the EU REACH, the UK will officially implement independent chemical regulations from January 1, 2021: UK REACH. The overall framework, registration process and requirements of UK REACH in the UK are basically consistent with the current EU REACH regulations:

Registration, evaluation, authorization and restrictions of chemicals. All companies that produce or import chemical substances in the UK or import more than 1 ton/year need to register the chemical substances they produce or import;

Online submission system “Comply with UK REACH”;

Inquiry can only be officially registered after conducting inquiry according to regulations. There is no pre-registration or post-registration under UK REACH in the UK;

Formal registration requires administrative fees.

Through the addition of REACH registrations for different products, BISOR aims to better serve customers and ensure full compliance with EU chemical safety regulations. Regarding the UK's Reach, Bisor is also considering it. If there is a need in the future, a product registration will also be carried out.
